On May 5th, a meaningful even was held at A. Holly Patterson to celebrate Mr. Doo’s 100th birthday. With Mr. Doo’s family in attendance, the County Executive, Bruce Blakeman, made a presence to congratulate Mr. Doo personally and to present him with a Citation.

With many people congratulating Mr. Doo, he stated that the secret to his longevity is prayer and God’s word, a positive mind and his commitment to active daily activities.
